Monica Kipiniak is an attorney admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. She has been preparing students for the New York and New Jersey Bar examinations for more than 10 years.
In addition to her experience as a practicing attorney and private tutor, Ms. Kipiniak has done extensive work for Bar Bri Bar Review. She has provided counseling to students who have failed the bar exam, graded student essays, written model answers for New York, New Jersey and Connecticut practice essays and developed questions and answers for practice New York multiple choice questions. In addition, Ms. Kipiniak has trained other attorneys to tutor for the bar exams.

Q: Do I need a tutor for the bar exam?
A: For most students taking the examination for the first time, a bar preparation course is sufficient. Nonetheless, many first time takers benefit from one on one review. Most students using a tutor have had prior difficulty passing the examination.
